摘要
随着分离技术的日益更新,天然香料的分离提纯技术也得到了快速发展。通过介绍天然香料分离提取的传统方法和新兴方法,如水蒸汽蒸馏法、超临界流体萃取法、微波辅助萃取法、分子蒸馏法、微胶囊-双水相萃取法以及酶法和膜分离等,论述了近年来天然香料提取技术的发展状况,通过应用实例简要分析了各方法的优缺点,并对分离提取技术的发展前景进行了展望。
With the increasing development of separation technology, great progress has been made in natural perfume separation. The development of natural perfume extraction with the traditional methods and prevailing methods was discussed, such as steam distillation, supercritical fluid extraction, microwave-assisted extraction, molecular distillation and microcapsule- double water extraction, complementary with the methods of enzymatic and membrane separation, etc. The advantages and disadvantages of those technologies were analyzed and the advancement in perfume industry was prospected.
