摘要 目的:探讨带肱桡肌前臂折叠游离皮瓣修复唇大面积缺损的临床应用。方法:应用折叠游离前臂皮瓣携带肱桡肌修复21例大面积唇缺损。结果:21例患者皮瓣全部成活,随访4～13周,唇的语言、吞咽等功能得以基本维护,外形较满意。结论:折叠游离前臂皮瓣携带肱桡肌是治疗唇大面积组织缺损的较好材料之一。 Objective To explore the clinical application of repairing large lip defects by folding forearm free flap with brachioradialis muscle. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of the folding forearm free flap with brachioradialis muscle for lip reconstruction were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the forearm free flaps were well healed. The phonation and swallowing function of the lip was adequately maintained,the outline form of the lip was satisfactorily restored. Conclusion The folding forearm free flap with brachioradialis muscle is effective and it is the first choice in repairing large lip.
