跟骨骨折的治疗策略 被引量:3

摘要 由于损伤机制的不同,跟骨骨折的部位、形态及损伤程度各异,治疗相对复杂。根据损伤机制、骨折类型,选择适当的治疗方法,是提高跟骨骨折疗效的保障。本文详细介绍了跟骨骨折的损伤机制与分型,及非手术、手术、微创治疗方法,认为跟骨骨折的治疗方案须根据患者年龄、健康状况、骨折类型、软组织损伤情况及医师的经验而定,治疗的关键是在尽量不干预距下关节正常力学分布的条件下,最大限度地恢复跟骨的解剖结构。
