摘要
本文分析了我国保险消费者权益保护机制现状,从为什么保险消费者权益需要保护的角度,分析了建立消费者权益保护机制的原因,阐述了发达国家和地区保险消费者权益保护机制的经验,从健全法律体系、完善监管体系、健全保险纠纷解决机制、推动保单通俗化和标准化、完善信息披露制度、加强保险消费者教育、完善保险公司内控制度及营造合规企业文化等方面论述了我国保险消费者权益保护机制建设路径。
This paper analyzes the status quo of insurance consumer rights and interests protection mecha- nism, analyzes the reason of establishing the protection mechanism of consumer rights from the angle of why in- surance consumer fights need to be protected, and then expounds the insurance consumer rights and interests protection experience of the developed countries and regions. Finally the paper discusses the construction path of insurance consumer fights protection mechanism in China from perfecting legal system, perfecting the supervision system, perfecting the mechanism of insurance dispute settlement, promoting policy popularization and standardi- zation, perfecting the information disclosure, strengthening the education of insurance consumer, perfecting the internal control system of insurance company and building the compliance enterorise culture.
