摘要
目的观察翼状胬肉手术中联合应用丝裂霉素C降低术后复发率的疗效。方法 39例（47眼）翼状胬肉患者在手术显微镜下单纯切除,术区局部用0.02%丝裂霉素C,术后随访观察3个月~12个月。结果 45眼达到治愈标准,2眼复发。结论翼状胬肉手术切除联合应用丝裂霉素C,术后复发率低,是一种理想的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the effect of pterygium surgery combined application mitomycin C reduce the recurrence rate of the treatment effect. Methods 39 cases （47 eyes） of pterygium resection under operating microscope simple, operation area local 0.02% mitomycin C. Postoperative follow-up of 3-12 months. Results 45 eyes to heal standard, 2 eyes recurrence. Conclusion pterygium resection combined application mitomycin C, the recurrence rate is low, which means it is a kind of ideal operation method.
