摘要
植物叶片SPAD值经过厚度补偿后可以一定程度的消除叶片厚度差异带来的影响,且更能准确反映植物叶绿素含量的变化趋势。为了满足测量植物叶片厚度及SPAD值两个参数的目的,同时具备操作简单,便携的特点,适合野外实地测量,介绍了集成光学测量系统及测量厚度的电感传感器于一体的新型测头,保证了测量准确度和稳定性。
After the thickness compensation, the influence of different leaf thickness on SPAD readings was somewhat eliminated. The changing trend of chlorophyll content of plants were reflected more accurately. In order to meet the objective of plant leaf thickness and SPAD reading measurement,at the same time with the simple operation and portable characteristics ,suitable for field measurement, introduced the integrated optical measurement system and inductance sensor for measuring thickness in one of the new probe,to ensure the measurement accuracy and stability.
