摘要
患者男,27岁。面部及前胸密集分布毛囊性丘疹14年。皮肤科情况:面部及前胸部粟粒至米粒大肤色丘疹,质坚,密集分布,上覆灰褐色油腻性痂皮,剥除痂皮后可见漏斗状凹陷。皮损组织病理示:角化过度,棘层肥厚,轻度棘层松解及毛囊角栓,角质栓内可见到圆体和谷粒。诊断:毛囊角化病。
A 27-year-old male patient had intensive follicular papules on the face and chest for 14 years. Dermatology： facial complexion papules millet grain-size or grain-size firm papules, with grayish brown of the greasy crust on the surface, strip scab visible funnel-shaped depression. Histopathologic showed： hyperkeratosis, acan-thosis, mild acantholysis and hair follicles keratosis plug, round body and grains can be seen in the keratosis plug. Diagnosis： Darier＇s disease.
