摘要
在技术创新的带领下,紧随其后的知识也是不断地膨胀,管理知识的手段也就需要不断地更新,二者之间的关系以及实现途径是需要快速解决的,研究了技术创新、知识管理的相关概念,并运用模型分析方法给出两者之间的相互作用,并结合实例分析了二者的内在关联,提出了二者的实现途径,为企业、社会部门、科研机构等提供参考。
Technological innovation in the lead, followed by knowledge is constantly expanding, the management means of knowledge also need to constantly update, the relationship between the two and the way of implementation is needed to solve fast, this paper studies the technical innovation, the concepts of knowledge management, and the use of the model analysis method is given and the interactions between the two, it gives an analysis of the two internal connection, puts forward two ways to realize the social sector, for enterprises, scientific research institutions, to provide reference.
