摘要
研究多层组织在立体织物中的应用方法。分析了支形管织物和蜂窝状结构立体织物的形成原理,阐述了多层组织在方形盒织物、一次织制成形手套、一次织制成形文件袋立体织物中的应用方法。指出:立体织物可以采用不同层数织物组织联合的方法来进行组织设计。认为:对不同形状的织物进行折叠,对折叠后的形状进行分析,然后找出织物的特点,可采用多层织物的织造原理,利用多层组织开发出更多的立体织物。
Abstract Application method of multi-layer weave in three dimensional fabric was researched. Formation principle of branch tubular fabric and honeycomb structure three dimensional fabric were analyzed. Application method of multi- layer structure in box shaped fabric,golve and document bag were introduced. It is pointed out that three dimensional fabric can he designed by adopting different layers fabric weave union method. It is considered that fabric property can be found through folding different shape fabric and analyzing folded shape, weaving principle of multi-layer fabric can be used to develop more three dimensional fabric.
