摘要
针对图像火焰检测装置中采用通用 CPU 处理图像能力不足的问题,开发了新一代基于 DSP 数字信号处理器和视频芯片的电路板,解决了复杂判据无法实时运行的瓶颈,并在此基础上研制了专用图像火焰检测器模块,编写了新的视频工作站软件,实现对图像火焰检测器的管理.该套 LY2000 系统成功地实现了对单个燃烧器煤粉火焰状态的准确预报,作为国内第 1 套基于 DSP 图像处理的火检系统迅速推广应用.
In order to solve the problem of lower efficiency of image processing using general microprocessor(CPU) in image flame detector system, a novel digital circuit board is developed based on DSP and digital video chips, which overcomes the bottle-neck problem of implementing the sophisticated flame detecting criteria algorithm in real-time, a special image flame detector unit device is developed based on the DSP kernel. A new video workstation software system is developed to monitor the whole set of image flame detectors. This LY2000 image flame detector system can successfully predict the On/Off status of single pulverized coal burner flame precisely. As the first set of flame detector system based on DSP architecture and image processing principle developed in China, the LY2000 image flame detector system has been used in the power generation field rapidly.
