一种方斑东风螺配合饲料的营养成分及其养殖效果 被引量:5

摘要 分析一种较低脂肪、以海水动物蛋白原料为主的饲料的营养成分,以之饲喂方斑东风螺(Babyloniaareolata)154 d,研究该饲料对方斑东风螺的养殖效果。结果表明,饲料营养成分(干物质)质量分数为氨基酸41.8%,总糖24.7%,多糖9.43%,粗脂肪4.8%。用此饲料养殖方斑东风螺,增重速率0.18±0.06 g/d,壳增长速率200±0.70μm/d,生长速率比用鲜鱼鱼肉饲料的对照组略快,但没有显著差别(p>0.05);养成螺(干物质)氨基酸质量分数为68.8%,总糖为12.52%,多糖为2.60%,单糖成分以葡萄糖和甘露糖为主,粗脂肪质量分数为2.74%。所养殖螺继续用该配合饲料养殖,次年通过营养加强后作为亲螺,产卵量1.8±0.6万粒,卵的孵化率96%,比用鲜鱼鱼肉饲料的对照组均有显著提高(0.01<p<0.05)。该配合饲料可确保饲养螺的良好生长性能,并对饲养螺的繁育有显著优势。 The nutrient components of a feed which was made of lower fat, higher proteins of sea water animals were studied. The results showed that in the feed (dry matter) the mass fraction of amino acids, saccharides, polysaccharides and fat acids was 41.8%, 24.7%, 9.43%, and 4.8%, respectively. The feeds used to culture Babylonia areolata showed good culture efficiency. After 156 days' culture, the mean of growth rate of the babylon shell (0.18 ± 0.06 g/d, 200 ± 0.70 μm/d) was a bit higher than that of the shell fed with fresh fish meat, but the difference of it was no significant (p 〉 0.05). In the dry Babylonia areolata fed with the feed, the mass fraction of amino acids, saccharides, polysaccharides, and fat acids was 68.8%, 12.52%, 2.60%, and 2.47%, respectively, and the main ingredient in saccharides was glucose and mannose. The Babylonia areolata was fed unceasingly with the feed for 6 months, and the parent babylon shell spawned 18 000± 6000 capsules each in second years with egg hatching ratio 96%, and showed significant increase compared with the control shell fed with some fresh fish meat (0.01 〈p 〈 0.05). The results show that the feed gives security to the growth and breeding of Babylonia areolata.
