摘要
为适应铁路货运安全保障和系统深化应用的需求,在完善既有功能的基础上,研发铁路货运计量安全检测监控系统V2.0,新增12个功能模块,实现对货物装载状态的动态全过程检测监控,为铁路货物运输安全保障提供了重要技术支撑手段。详细介绍新版铁路货运计量安全检测监控系统的系统架构、新增主要功能,从车站监控人员、设备维护人员、设备主管人员、装载加固人员、部级主管人员等方面分析不同用户对V2.0系统的应用功能和技巧,阐述了系统的主要创新点。
In order to meet the need of railway freight safety guaranteeing and the deepening of system application, railway freight measurement safety inspection and monitoring system V2.0 is developed. On the basis of improving the existing functions,12 function modules are added to the system and then the system realizes the whole process and dynamic inspection and monitoring of goods loading status,and provides important technical support means for freight transport safety. This paper introduces the system structure and major functions newly added to the system. The system application functions and skills are analyzed from the aspects of station monitoring personnel,equipment maintenance personnel,equipment management personnel,loading reinforcement personnel,ministerial supervisor personnel,etc. The paper discusses the main innovations of the system.
