摘要
文化作为一种历史积淀,一种经济发展的约束力量,其核心价值体系对各种微观经济主体的价值趋向、行为规范的影响日益深远。对于黑龙江省而言,在长期的发展过程中,已逐步形成了几种独特而具有代表性的文化,如开放型文化、创新型文化、雄健型文化以及传统文化等,这些文化共同影响着黑龙江人的性格和行为,成为黑龙江省经济发展的软件基础,对黑龙江省经济活动的发展起到支撑作用。
Culture is a kind of historical deposition and constraining force for economic development, the core value system of which in- creasingly impacts on value orientations and behavioral norms of various subjects of micro-economy. In the long development process, Heilongjiang has been gradually formed several unique and representative cultures, such as open culture, innovative culture, vigorous cul- ture and traditional culture. These cultures influence the character and behavior of Heilongjiang people, become the software basis of eco- nomic development, and play a supportive role in the development of economic activities in Heilongjiang Province.
