摘要
为推动高职院校教学改革与内涵建设,基于高职院校人力资源管理专业教学存在的实际问题,在专业委员会建设、"双师素质"教师队伍、优化教学环境、教学信息化资源、职业资格证制度等教学模式方面提出改革措施,以培养人力资源管理专业高素质技能型人才。
To promote teaching reform and connotation construction in higher vocational colleges, the paper discusses re- form measures based on actual problems in professional teaching of human resources management, including professional Committee construction, teaching staff with Double Qualified Certifications, optimization of teaching environment, teach- ing information resources and the system of professional qualification certificates to develop professional and highly quali- fied personnel in human resources management.
