摘要
采用强迫游泳法复制气虚血瘀证动物模型,观察了人参花提取物对病理状态下大鼠全血黏度及血浆黏度的影响。结果表明:一定剂量的人参花提取物对模型大鼠血流变有改善作用。
Objective To observe the effects of extract of ginseng flowers on whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis model rats. Methods The rats were peritoneal injected with Urethane to create Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis model after treated with swim and drugs for 14 days. Blood from abdominal aorta centrifugaled to test the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. Results Extract of ginseng flowers could lower the content of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. Conclusion Extract of ginseng flowers can improve hemorheology in Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis model rats.
