摘要
大学生党建工作是一项集选苗、教育、培养、发展、管理和建设的系统工程,是一个分阶段、分步骤、分层次引领大学生成长成才的思想政治教育过程,随着经济社会发展和高等教育改革的深入,大学生党建工作出现了诸多薄弱环节。高校应该从世情、国情和党情深刻变化的实际出发,不断创新工作模式,切实提高大学生党建工作的实效性。
College student Party construction is a systematic work involving selecting, education, cultivation, determinarion, management and construction, should be finished by different stage, step and level. With the development of society and the deepening of higher education reform, there have been some weak points in college student Party construction. Universities and colleges should update work mode to improve the effectiveness in accordance with the reality of the worldt the country and the Party.
