摘要
通过某设计公司QHSE管理体系的策划、应用现状、运行中存在的问题、产生问题的原因分析,提出改进对策及措施,以便于持续改进/完善体系文件、增强其运行的适宜性、有效性,提高综合设计管理水平。
According to the planning and application status of the QHSE management system of an engineering company,and the existing problems during running,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and proposes improvement countermeasures and measures in order to continuously improve and complete the system files,to enhance the suitability and validity of the running and to improve the overall level of engineering management.
