摘要
高校教职工的思想道德、行为习惯 ,对学生起着示范和榜样的作用 ,因此 ,重视和加强教职工的思想政治工作 ,就显得特别重要。做好教职工思想政治工作 ,加强领导 ,明确职责是保证 ;努力学习 ,提高素质是基础 ;联系实际 ,把握实情是条件 ;以身作则 。
The thinking,morals,behavior and habits of teachers and workers in institutes of higher learning are an example and model for students,so it is of great importance to pay good attention to and strengthen political and ideological work for teachers and workers.In order to do the work,it is a guarantee to strengthen the leadership and make clear the functions and responsibility;it is a basis to study hard and improve their quatity;it is a condition to be linked with practical work and handle true state of affairs and it is a key to set an example with their own conduct,expecially for a leader.
