摘要
实验分析了送温压力、一次暂停压力、合成压力、一次暂压时间、生长时间等人造金刚石粉末触媒合成工艺参数对金刚石成核和生长的影响。实验研究表明:送温压力、一次暂压、合成压力、一次暂压时间、生长时间对于金刚石的成核和生长及晶型都有非常明显的影响,最终认为工艺参数的选择对于高品级金刚石的合成有着重大的意义。
In this paper, the effects of synthesizing technological parameters (such as heating start pressure, the first paused pressure, synthesis pressure, the first paused time, growth time, etc) on the nucleation and growth of diamond were analyzed in the experiment. The results show that the synthesizing technological parameters have obviously effect on nucleation, growth and crystal form of the diamond. So it is very important for synthesis of high grade diamond crystal to selecting reasonable technological parameters.
