摘要
目的 :探讨银屑病淋巴细胞对正常人表皮角朊细胞增殖是否有促进作用。方法 :建立正常人表皮角朊细胞体外细胞模型。结果 :对银屑病的发病机理研究及今后寻找其它有效的治疗药物提供了实验模型。同时用同位素3H—TdR观察 ,从分子水平证明银屑病患者淋巴细胞可促进正常角朊细胞增殖。结论
Objective:To explore if the psoriasis lymphocytes can promote human normal keratinocyte proliferation.Methods:To establish the human normal keratinocyte modal,then to co-culture it with psoriatic lymphocyte and to test the synthesis of culturing cell’s DNA with 3H-TdR labeled.Results:We established the human normal epidermal cell model for studying the mechanism and screening the effective agents of psoriasis.The result showed that psoriatic lymphocytes could stimulate keratinocyte proliferation.Conclusion:Normal epidermal kerationocyte model in vitro could well satisfy the research of psoriasis.
