介绍了一起重大事故实例,分析了该事故发生的原因。以此为基础,介绍了危险化学品投产前安全检查的主要内容,以及投产前安全检查的时机、方法和报告内容。安全管理是化工企业安全管理的核心要素,投产前安全检查是过程安全管理要素之一。
This paper introduced a major accident case,analyzed the accident cause,based on which introduced the main content of dangerous chemical safety inspection before production and the safety inspection time,methods and report content.Process safety management is a key element of safety management in chemical industry,safety inspection before production is an element of process safety management.
