摘要
目的:探讨碘海醇注射液致过敏反应的原因及防治措施。方法:分析1998年以来某医院使用碘海醇出现过敏反应的病例。结果:2例病人在使用碘海醇后出现严重过敏反应,经及时处理后均好转。结论:2例病人因及时采取了有效措施,避免了过敏反应引发的风险。
Objective：To explore the cause of Iohexol allergic reaction and prevention measures. Method：By ana- lyzing the case where our hospital have utilized iohexol causing allergic reaction since 1998.Result：Two patients were reported to have got severe allergic reaction after injecting Iohexol ;and with timely treatment they got better.Conclu- sion：Two patient avoided the risk caused by allergic reaction due to effective measures taken.
