摘要
目的提高颈髓损伤患者吸痰效果和舒适性。方法将68例颈髓损伤后发生呼吸道痰液潴留患者按入院顺序分为干预组和对照组各34例,对照组使用传统方法吸痰,干预组采用2%利多卡因行黏膜麻醉后吸痰。结果吸痰后干预组血氧饱和度显著高于对照组(P<0.01),黏膜损伤发生率、呼吸道并发症发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论黏膜麻醉吸痰法用于颈髓损伤吸痰可提高吸痰效果和患者舒适性。
Objective To improve the effect of sputum suction and comfort of patients with cervical spinal cord injury（CSC1）. Methods Sixty eight CSCI patients with sputum retention in the airway were assigned into an experimental group and a control group according to admission sequence, with 34 patients in each group. The control group received conventional sputum suction, while the experimental group received suction after mucosal anesthesia with 2 % lidocaine. Results Pulse oximetry oxygen saturation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01） ; the incidence of mucosal injury and incidence of airway complication was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group （P〈0.05 for both）. Conclusion Sputum suction under mucosal anesthesia improves effect of suction and comfort of patients with CSCI.
