摘要
大跨径刚构桥梁在实际运营中跨中会出现不同程度的下挠,对产生下挠的各种影响因素进行分析,显示混凝土的收缩徐变、设计及构造缺陷、施工及监控缺陷、混凝土裂缝均对刚构桥跨中下挠影响较大。以某跨径为(95+160+95)m连续刚构桥梁设计、施工为例,介绍跨中下挠的控制措施。实桥实施结果表明,通过合理的设计与施工,大跨径刚构桥梁的跨中下挠问题能得到一定抑制,但不能完全避免。
Down Warping with different degrees might occur in the midspan of long-span rigid frame bridge during operation period. The different impact factors giving rise to down warping were analyzed. The results indicated that the factors, such as the shr.inkage and creep of con- crete, design and structural defects, construction and monitoring limitation and the crack field of concrete cracks, had relatively greater impact on the midspan down warping of rigid frame bridge. The design and construction of a continuous rigid frame bridge with span arrangement of (95+160+95) m was taken as an example, the control measures to the midspan down warping were introduced. The application of the measures to the actual bridge indicates that the midspan down warping of long-span rigid frame bridge can be curtailed through rational design and construction, but impossible to be fully avoided.
