金黄色葡萄球菌中限制修饰系统的分析 被引量：2

摘要 随着编码毒素和耐药基因的可移动遗传元件的水平转移，金黄色葡萄球菌的毒力和耐药性变得越来越强。而限制一修饰系统（restriction—modificationsys．tem，R·M系统）在调控可移动遗传元件的水平转移过程中，发挥着重要的作用。
