摘要
应急管理指挥系统是在现有语音调度管理子系统基础上,基于IP网络并结合物联网的三层体系概念,开发视频交互管理子系统和数据采集管理子系统,涉及的关键技术主要体现在系统架构的设计、多种类传感数据的采集和多媒体终端机的设计上。系统具有现场安全数据感应监测、实时视频监控、报警联动、预案管理、视频电话会议等多项功能,可应用于大中型企业,特别是煤炭、钢铁、冶金、电力、化工、石油、港口、机场等高危行业和区域。
The emergency management and command system of safety production, designed on the voice dispatching management subsystem and IP network, developed on the video interactive management subsystem and data acquisition management subsystem, and combined with the 3-1ayer framework concept of lot （Internet of things）, involves various key technologies principally in system architecture design, sensor data acquisition and multimedia terminal design. This system has on-site safety data monitoring, real-time video monitoring, alarm linkage, plan management, video teleconferencing and other functions, and is applicable to the large and medium size enterprises, particularly to coal, iron and steel, metallurgy, electric power, chemical, oil, port, airport and other high-risk industries and regions.
