摘要
明清时期徐州地区频繁发生的黄河水灾是自然和人为社会因素共同造成的结果,呈现出季节性和区域性的特点。黄河水灾给徐州地区社会经济的发展造成了严重危害,主要表现为地方民生的劫难、自然灾害的加剧、南北漕运的衰落、社会秩序的混乱等。频繁发生的黄河水灾是造成明清以来徐州社会经济发展相对滞后的重要原因。
The Yellow River floods in Xuzhou occurred frequently in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The primary cause the Yellow River floods in Xuzhou occurred frequently is natural climatic factors,but the human and social factors can not be ignored. The Yellow River floods bring about serious damage to tile social and economic development in Xuzhou.The main expression is a catastrophe to the local people＇s livelihood,the exacerbation of natural disasters,the decline of north-south water transport,the confusion social disorder and so on.Frequent flooding of the Yellow River undoubtedly is an important reason which result in the relative falling behind of the social and economic development in Xuzhou.
