摘要
目前,我国的教育学主要以三种方式传播和发展,即"理想"教育学、"应试"教育学和"草根"教育学,其形成背景是传统教育理论研究范式的僵化和脱离实际。因此,教育学研究者队伍应当向教育一线教师和校长拓展,实现理论研究者实践化和教育实践者理论化,并在"理论"者和"实践"者之间搭建有形的学术交流平台;三支队伍应当实现融合中的共赢,其中,"应试"教育学队伍是沟通的纽带。
The three types of pedagogies in present China are the ideal pedagogy, the examination oriented pedagogy, and the grassroots pedagogy, which is the result of rigid and impractical study paradigm. It is therefore suggested that the research team should expand to include the school teachers and principals so as to bring together the theoretic workers and the educational practitioners and establish the academic exchange platform between them. The three teams should realize win - win in their unification by the key link of the team of examination - oriented pedagogy.
