电视胸腔镜手术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肺癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率不断增高,肺癌分小细胞肺癌和非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC),其中非小细胞肺癌占绝大部分,严重威胁人类健康[1]。NSCLC的治疗方法包括手术、化疗及分子靶向治疗等,其中化疗是NSCLC最佳治疗方法。同时,随着微创外科的发展,电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)作为一项微创外科技术,已越来越广泛地应用于临床,与开放手术相比,电视胸腔镜手术具有创伤小、出血少、术后疼痛轻、住院时间短、恢复快等优点,同时为胸外科手术提供了一个全新的平台。现就胸腔镜在肺癌诊治中的研究进展进行综述如下。
