摘要
环境监察工作对保护和治理环境起着重要作用。随着我国经济发展,社会生产、人民生活都出现了一些新的特点,如何在新形势下对环境监察工作作出新的调整,更有效地将环境监察工作执行下去,实现环境监察工作的"三个转变"是当前环境监察工作面临的首要问题。笔者结合环境监察工作实际经验及当前环境监察工作现状,分析了新形势下环境监察工作"三个转变"。
The environmental supervision on protection and governance of environment plays an important role. Along with our country economy development, social production, people~ life have appeared some new characteristics in the new situation, how to the environmental monitoring work to make new adjustment, more effectively will continue the implementation of environmental monitoring work of environmen- tal supervision, implementation ＂three change ＂ is the current environment to monitor the work of the main problems facing.
