摘要
平台滑轨是海洋钻修机在海洋石油平台上实现不同井口对中作业功能的关键部件。在役海上平台滑轨设计形式及规格型号标准化程度较低,导致海洋钻修机及配套零部件互换性差。文章论述了渤海油田目前在役海洋平台现有的滑轨结构形式,统计并分析了其设计数据情况,阐述了不同滑轨结构的优缺点。根据提高海上平台滑轨对不同海洋钻修机设备及配套零部件的互换性及互适性原则,提出了平台滑轨相应的设计改进方法及海洋钻修机平台滑轨标准化设计的建议,可以作为今后相关设备部件设计时的参考依据。
Sliding rails on offshore platform are key parts to exactly position the drilling and workover rig on a wellhead. The low standardization levels in design forms, types and specifications of the sliding rails on the present offshore platforms cause the difficulty in exchanging drilling and workover rigs or matching parts. This article discusses the present structures of sliding rails on in-service offshore platforms in Bohai Bay, collects and analyzes their designing data and elaborates their advantages and shortcomings. In consideration of the principle of interchangeability and compatibility of sliding rails to different drilling equipment and matching parts, this article addresses the designing improvements and suggestions on the standardization of sliding rails.
