摘要
目的观察玉女煎结合奥硝唑治疗成人正畸中牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选择90例正畸治疗中出现牙周炎的成人病例，采用随机分组、自身前后对照和组间对照的方法，治疗组在口服奥硝唑的基础上加服玉女煎，对照组分别单独服用奥硝唑或玉女煎，7天为一个疗程，治疗前后均作自觉症状、牙周病指数观察并记录，对研究数据行统计学分析，比较各组内和组间牙周炎的治疗效果。结果经一个疗程治疗后，治疗组疗效（96．7％）优于两对照组（86．7％，83.3％）（／9〈0．05）。结论玉女煎结合奥硝唑治疗成人正畸中牙周炎的临床疗效良好，值得在临床中推广。
Objective To explore efficacy of Yunv Jian in combination with ornidazole for orthodontic adults with periodontitis. Methods Ninety orthodontic adults with periodontitis were randomized into three groups： treatment group was administered Yun ti Jian and ornidazole; one control group was treated with ornidazole, and the other control group was treated with Yun ii Jian. The clinical efficacies and periodontal dis- ease indexes were observed. All of the statistic analyses were performed with SPASS 13.0 software. Results After a course of treatment, the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the two control groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yun u Jian in combination with ornidazole has a good efficacy in the treatment of orthodontic adults with periodontitis.
