摘要
基于向社会、向患者公开的视角,分析了当前医院院务公开工作中存在有医院管理层的公开意识不足、院务公开的法律法规有待严格落实、公开内容缺乏时效性、方式缺乏灵活性、公众参与的广度和深度有待提高、对患者权益尊重不够等主要问题。提出了充分认识深化医改形势下院务公开的重要性、提高公开的时效性、不断丰富并维护好院务公开的载体、提升公众对院务公开的可理解性和信任性、充分保障患者权益、加强院务公开的法制监督等完善医院院务公开的对策。
Based on the perspective of disclosure to patients and society, this article analyzed the problems existed in the hospital affairs. The problems included： absence of disclosure consciousness in the management level, undisciplined execution of laws and regulations, the out-dated disclosure contents, lack of flexibility, range and depth of public participation as well as insufficient respect to the patients et cetera. This article also proposed the importance of hospital affairs disclosure in the circumstance of medical reform, improving the time validation of disclosure, continuously enriching and maintaining medium for disclosure, improving the intelligibility and reliability of multitudes towards the hospital affairs disclosure, protecting rights of patients and enforcing the legislative supervision by government and so forth which all of them could make perfect to the policy of hospital affairs disclosure.
