摘要
应用单克隆抗体(McAb)与ABC免疫酶法测定了5例慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)急变后免疫表型。2例表达CD13(MCS2)抗原;1例表达CD10抗原;2例表达CD41,CD42抗原。免疫表型2例急粒变,1例普通型急淋变,2例巨核细胞白血病变。免疫表型与形态学诊断符合率为60％(3/5)。
Monoclonal antibodies (McAb) and ABC mmunocytoenzyme method was used to analysis the immunophenotype of 5 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia in blast crisis. The myeloblastic crisis expressed CD13 (MCS2) antigen; The common lymphoblastic crisis Co-expressed Ia and CD10 antigen; The megakaryoblastic crisis expressed CD41, CD42 antigen.
