舌针及综合康复训练治疗吞咽障碍临床观察 被引量：14

摘要 吞咽障碍是脑卒中常见的并发症之一，主要表现为吞咽障碍、说话不清、咽反射存在等。吞咽障碍患者，轻者饮食饮水呛咳，致摄进食水量减少；重者需静脉补充液体或鼻饲，严重影响患者生存质量。我们在临床实践中发现舌针疗法对中风患者吞咽障碍亦有较好的疗效。所以，笔者采用舌针疗法结合康复吞咽功能训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍30例，并与单纯康复吞咽功能训练的30例对照观察，疗效相对较好，兹报道如下。
