摘要 在传统干路设计中,囿于人性化依据的缺乏及片面强调小汽车通行效率,部分过街设施的形式选择不尽合理,给行人过街带来了不便及风险。首先回顾了行人过街设施的相关研究。然后对比了上海、北京、西安4条干路与巴黎、纽约、东京3条干路的行人过街设施构成,揭示了中国干路行人过街设施形式单一且缺乏路中安全岛。基于意愿调查,研究了少年、青年、老年3组行人对不同类型干路过街设施形式的偏好。以公众意愿为准绳,结合干路过街行为分析、事故统计,提出不同环境下干路过街设施选型要求,探讨了立体过街设施及路中安全岛的设置要求。特别指出:"过街行人免遭伤害"应成为干路过街设施选型的重要依据,小汽车通行效率与行人自由程度应为保障过街安全而让步。 Lack of humanity con- sideration and emphasis on car traf- fic efficiency in traditional arterial road designing has caused improp- er selection of pedestrian crossing facilities resulting in inconvenience and risks to pedestrians. This paper first reviews related research on pe- destrian crossing facilities and per- forms comparative analyses of vari- ous pedestrian crossing facilities across several arterials in differentcities. Results indicate that there lack sufficient designs of arterial pedestrian crossing facilities in Chi- na as well as central safety islands. A stated preference (SP) survey is designed to obtain preferences of pedestrians to various types of arte- rial crossing facilities among three age groups including teenagers, adults, and elderly. Public willing- ness combined with arterial cross- ing behavior analysis and accident statistics, this study proposes guide- lines and requirements for selection of urban arterial crossing facilities under different environment condi- tions. The paper further investi- gates the requirements of setting grade-separated crossing facilities and central safety islands. It is also emphasized that "harmless pedestri- an crossing" instead of car trafficefficiency and pedestrian degree of freedom should become the fore- most standard for selection of ur- ban arterial crossing facilities.
