摘要
病态窦房结综合征(sick sinus syndrome,SSS)是窦房结及其周围组织的器质性改变,导致起搏和(或)传出功能障碍,引起各种缓慢心律失常,并伴有脑、心、肾等脏器供血不足的一组综合征。本文对病态窦房结综合征的发病机制及病因、临床心电图表现、诊断及治疗等作简要综述如下。
Sick sinus syndrome （SSS） refers to a series of syndromes such as slow arrhythmia companied by insufficient blood supply of brain, heart, kidney and other organs, pacing and efference disorder, as a result of the organic changes of sinus node and its surrounding tissue. This paper was to provide a summary on the pathogenesis, etiology, electrocardiology manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of sick sinus syndrome.
