摘要
甘蔗种植机的工况共有两个,一个是在种植机种植甘蔗的过程,二个是种植机被拖拉机三点悬挂装置提起的过程。通过UG建立了甘蔗种植机的机架和三点悬挂装置的装配模型,导入到虚拟样机技术软件ADAMS中,并对工况二下的三点悬挂装置提起种植机的过程进行了动力学分析,得到了悬挂机构作用在种植机上的力分析曲线。
There are two types working condition of the Sugarcane planting machine, one is the process of planting sugar cane, and the other is the process of planting machine was elevated by three-point hitch devices of tractor. In this paper, the sugarcane machine frame and three-point hitch devices＇ assembly modes were established in the UG, then they were imported into the virtual prototype technology software ADAMS. Dynamics analysis was done to the process of three-point hitch devices elevating planting machine, and stress analysis curve was obtained of the planting machine.
