摘要
将 5种铸态 Ti Al置于 70 0℃~ 10 0 0℃静止空气中断续氧化 10 0 h。采用 XRD和SEM/ EDS分析技术 ,观察分析了 Ti Al氧化后的表面形貌、相组成及分布状况。结果表明 :氧化产物主要为金红石型 R- Ti O2 和刚玉型α - Al2 O3;低温、短时氧化时 ,氧化产物呈混合形式存在 ;高温、长时氧化时 ,在混合氧化物之外易形成纯 R- Ti O2
Five TiAl based alloys (Ti 50Al, Ti 48Al, Ti 52Al, Ti 48Al 1Cr, Ti 48Al 4Cr) oxidized interruptedly at 700℃~1 000℃ for 100 h in static air. The surface morphologies, phase constitutions and particle distributions of the oxide films formed on the alloys were observed and analyzed using SEM/EDS and XRD techniques. The results show that the oxidation products mainly consist of R TiO\-2 and α Al\-2O\-3. The oxides exist in mixture state when the alloys oxidized at low temperature for short time, while a pillar like rutile layer forms on the porous mixture oxide when the alloys oxidized at high temperature for long time.
