摘要
近年来家蚕杆状病毒表达系统在应用和优化等方面研究有了新进展。家蚕杆状病毒表达系统利用携带外源目的蛋白基因的重组杆状病毒对家蚕及其细胞系的高效感染能力,在感染后的家蚕体内或培养细胞中大量表达目的蛋白。家蚕作为一种外源蛋白表达载体,具有与哺乳动物细胞类似的翻译后修饰过程,其与核型多角体病毒的动态相互作用也一直是研究的热点。由于该系统潜在的巨大优势,为生产人类急需的蛋白质药物、基因工程疫苗和基因工程杀虫剂等提供了新的途径。
Based on application and optimization of baculovirus expression system of bombyx mori, this thesis summarizes the progress of latest researches on baculovirus expression system of bombyx mori. The expression system of bombyx mori baculovirus uses the high-efficiency infectivity of recombinant rhabdovirus carrying exogenous objective protein gene production on its cell lines to express a large number of objective proteins in infected bombyx mori or cultivated cells. As an expression vector of exogenous protein, bombyx mori has post-translational modifications like the mammalian cells and the dynamic interaction with Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus has been a hot research field all the time. As the system has potential huge advantages, it provides new approaches for protein medicine, genetic engineering vaccine and genetic engineering insecticide which people need urgently.
