摘要
"金砖国家"作为世界上发展最快的新兴市场国家,所处发展阶段相近,其经济金融改革的经验教训对我国具有重要参考意义。本文梳理了除我国之外的"金砖四国"资本项目可兑换的历史进程,总结分析了各国资本项目可兑换的经验和教训,并在此基础上对我国资本项目可兑换提出了政策建议。
As the world＇s fastest-growing emerging market countries, ＂BRICS＂ are similar in the stage of devel- opment, their experience and lessons of the economic and financial reform and development have great significances for learning. This paper reviews the historical process of capital account convertibility in BRIS, summarizes and analy- ses the capital account convertibility＇ s experience and lessons,and then draws relevant implications and some sugges- tions in order to provide some references for China＇s capital account convertibility.
