摘要
相对于冻土隧道冻害的大量和深入的研究,高地温隧道热害的研究并不多,而且一般都侧重于对地温场进行模拟,对施工技术措施进行探讨,或者对热害的整体水平进行总体评估;在具体的隔热措施及其降温功效方面,研究甚少。通过有限元数值模拟,对不同隔热材料在不同地温条件下的隔热效果和所需的制冷功率进行试算、分析,确定其功率值,得出相应的制冷剂用量;通过计算得出了不同隔热层厚度对应的冷能补给量,分析得出者的关系。
Relative to the numerous intensive studies on frost-harm of tunnel in frozen earth, the studies on heat-harm of tunnel in high geo-temperature region were less. Moreover, most of them were particularly only on simulation of geo-temperature field, or on discussion of technical measures for construction, or on general estimation of heat-harm of tunnel; however, studies on thermal insulation technology and efficiency of lowering the temperature were much less. In this article, by numerical simulation, the trial calculation and analysis on the thermal insulation effect and refrigerating power of different material in different geo-temperature conditions were carried out to determine the refrigerating power value and the refrigerant dosage. And then by calculation, the recharge magnitude of refrigerating power corresponding to the different thickness of thermal insulation material was obtained, and the relationship between them was analyzed and worked out either.
