铁矿尾矿砂砾基层复合固结稳定技术的研究

摘要 本文以辽宁省朝阳县的朝大线为试验路段,采用尾矿砂做路面基层主要材料,天然砂砾做尾矿砂骨料,改善尾矿砂的级配状况,并应用固化剂和水泥一起形成复合固结材料,提高基层的整体固化稳定效果,跟踪观测该基层的实际使用效果。经检测,压实度、强度、回弹模量等路用指标均符合要求。 This paper takes Chao-Da line in Liaoning province Chaoyang county as the test section. Tailings sand and natural gravel were used as main material of pavement base and aggregate respectively to improve railings gradation status, and using both of them forms composite consolidated material together with curing agent and cement to improve the overall stabilization effect of pavement base. Then it was tracked to observe the actual use effect of the base. The value of compaction, strength and modulus of resilience can accord with the demand of road when in testing.
