摘要
通过对常用风量测量装置特性的分析比较,阐述双文丘里风量测量装置在电站锅炉上的应用优势。在试验研究的基础上,对双文丘里管的结构进行优化设计,使其在测量的稳定性和准确性上都有了很大提高;并根据现场经验,对风量测量装置的测量方式进行改进,使其对测量气流的适应性有了明显提高。经在电厂推广应用,效果良好。
Through the analysis and comparison of air flow measuring devices often used, this article sets forth the advantages of double-venturi tube type air flow measuring device in the application on utility boilers. On the basis of testing and research, the structure of double-venturi tube was optimized and designed, thus the stability and accuracy of measurement were greatly improved. And,based upon the on-site experiences, the measurement mode of air flow measuring devices was improved, so the adaptability to the measured air flow was obviously raised. The popularization and application of double-venturi tube in power plants proves the positive results.
