摘要
目的分析及比较苍术、艾叶、连翘、荆芥等中药复方制剂蒸煮消毒法和空气消毒机消毒法对病房空气的消毒效果。方法取两间结构及面积完全一样的病房作为消毒对象,分别采用中药蒸煮法及空气消毒机消毒法,在相同的时间段进行消毒前后杀菌效果的动态分析及比较。结果这两种方法均能有效地用于病房的空气消毒,但两者比较有差异性(P<0.01),空气消毒机消毒效果更好。结论中药蒸煮法和空气消毒机均能达到病房的消毒要求,可以结合病区病人的特点、环境的要求及经济成本等因素选择最合适的消毒方法。
Objective Analyzing and comparing the effect of air disinfection in the wards between the Traditional Chinese Medicine steaming and air disinfection machine with compound preparation of Chinese materia medica such as Rhizoma Atractylodis,argy wormwood leaf,Fructus Forsythiae,Schizonepeta.Methods Respectively,disinfecting two wards with the same size and the same arrangement by the Traditional Chinese Medicine steaming and air disinfection machine at the same time,and then comparing and analyzing the effect between before and after the disinfection.Results Both methods were useful for air disinfection in wards.In addition,air disinfection machine was more effective（P0.01）.Conclusions Traditional Chinese Medicine steaming as well as air disinfection machine can disinfect the wards.According to the patients in the wards,surroundings,the economy and so on,we can select the best disinfection from them.
