摘要
2012年春季,呼伦贝尔市主要气候特点:气温与历年同期值相比,大部分地区平均气温正常至偏高;降水量与历年同期值相比,牧区、农区偏少至正常,林区正常至偏多。主要天气气候事件有:初春呼伦贝尔草原出现风雪降温天气,交通受阻、航班停飞。春季中期干旱少雨、火险气象等级较高,牧区、林区局地相继发生草原、森林火灾。春末牧区、农区出现阶段性降水偏少,尤其牧区西部天然降水持续匮乏。
In the spring of 2012,Hulun Buir City：main climatic characteristics of temperature and calendar year the corresponding period values compared to most,the average temperature in normal to high.The precipitation and the calendar year the corresponding period compared to the values,a pasturing area,farming area slants little to normal,normal forest zone to slant much;major weather events：early spring snow in Hulun Buir Grassland appear cool weather,traffic is blocked,flights.Mid spring drought little rain,fire weather grade is higher,pasture,forest succession of grassland,forest fire department.In late spring, farming pasturing area of occurrence phase sex less rainfall,especially western natural precipitation continued lack of pastoral area.
