摘要 近年来,由于监管技术手段不完善等原因,我国危险货物道路运输事故频发,对道路沿线周围的居民、生态环境造成极大损害。本文提出了1套结合RFID、GPRS、GPS和GIS等技术的危险品物流智能监管系统解决方案。该系统通过数据与命令的分层双向传输,可实现危险品公路物流全过程的危险品/车辆实时状态监控、路径规划、多级报警和故障诊断等功能。详细论述了系统组成架构,阐述了智能监管平台、车载监控和包装箱监控3个主要子系统的设计原理与研制方法。通过长期现场运行表明,本系统具有极高的方案合理性、运行稳定性和功能可扩展性。 In recent years, due to scarcity of effective supervision measure, many accidents occurred during the process of hazardous materials transportation and led to tremendous damage to neighboring residents and surrounding environment. A novel solution of intelligent supervision system for hazardous materials logistics is proposed in combination with RFID, GPRS, GPS and GIS. Based on hierarchical duplex data/commands transmission, the system can real-timely detect the status of hazardous materials and vehicle during the entire on-road transport process, accompanying with a variety of practical functions, including status monitoring, dynamic route planning, multi-layer independent alarm, self-diagnosis, etc. The structure of the proposed system is demonstrated in detail. The design principle and developing procedures of 3 main subsystems, including intelligent supervision platform, onboard monitoring and container sensing, are presented. Through a long-term operation, it shows that the proposed system performs high rationality, strong robustness and function extensibility.
