摘要
分析市场中异质再生资源的共同特性,指出不同种类再生资源之间存在广泛而复杂的网状替代关系,以再生资源为节点,资源间的替代关系为边,建立再生资源价格关系网络图。结果表明,网络具有很短的平均路径长度和较大的集聚系数,网络的整体结构表现为"小世界网络";网络度分布不符合幂律分布,不具有无标度性,但网络已具有向无标度网络演化的趋势。因此,国家应当制定有关优惠政策加强异质资源替代利用的技术研发,加强再生资源市场的内部替代效应,缓解价格波动,降低市场风险。
Heterogeneous renewable resources share common features, but there is a complex and extensive network replacement in variable resources. This paper establishes a price network graph of renewable resources with renewable resources as nodes and alternative as sides. The network with short path and large clustering coefficient displays as “small world network”, which is not in accordance with power-law distribution, without orientation, but shows a trend to no-orientation. Government shall make favorable polices to intensify the alternative processing technology in heterogeneous renewable resources and inner alternative effect, which can mitigate the price fluctuation and decrease the market risks.
