摘要 肠激惹综合征（IBS）是消化内科的常见功能性胃肠疾病，患者出现没有原因的腹部疼痛或不适，并且伴有排便紊乱。其临床特点包括间歇或持续发作的腹泻、腹痛及大便形状的变化，并且无特异的形态学改变。
