摘要
多发性骨髓瘤被认为是一种除异基因造血干细胞移植外不可治愈的恶性肿瘤,虽然随着硼替佐米、雷利度胺、沙利度胺等新药的应用,临床疗效有所改善,但总体预后不佳,且西医在骨髓瘤肾病治疗方面缺乏特异性方法。目前中医药在MM的临床治疗中进行了一定的探索,具有个体化治疗、减毒增效、逆转耐药、改善症状、防治并发症等优势,有可观的临床应用前景。
Multiple myeloma still was recognized as an incurable hematological malignancy except allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,though new drugs such as bortezomib,thalidomide,lenalidomide improved clinical prognosis, overall results still were poor and there was no specific methods for myeloma nephropathy.Recendy,Chinese medicine is applied to treat multiple myeloma and possesses a advantage of individualized treatment,attenuation and synergistic effect with western medicines,overcoming drug resistances,symptom improvements,complications preventions and so on,therefore there is a bright prospect for further investigations.
